The hotel definitely looked bigger in the pictures but turned out to be very clean and organized, reaching a 5-star level in some aspects. Unfortunately, the stink of smoke throughout and the very dated rooms made it unsuitable for us, especially with a 3-year-old son.

The service provided was extremely nice and friendly to us, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, there were instances where the reception staff gave mixed messages regarding room availability and payment supplements, which made the experience a bit confusing.

Location

The location was superb and very central, with a bus stop and a metro station around the corner, providing excellent food choices both on the street and in the surroundings. However, being far from the city center meant having to travel at least 25 minutes by metro to reach the nearest sights, which was a downside.

The dining experience offered wonderful bakeries around the hotel and nice breakfast options in cute and glamorous coffee shops nearby. However, there was a need for more variety beyond croissants and packed samples of honey and Nutella, which left us wanting more.

The facilities provided were basic and sufficient for our needs during the stay. Perhaps, more diverse options could have enhanced the overall experience.
